– Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR and administrative activities for manufacturing operations.
  • Handle recruitment, attendance, payroll, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure labour law and statutory compliance activities.
  • Maintain employee relations and workplace discipline effectively.
  • Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and facility management.
  • Coordinate safety practices and daily operational support activities.
– Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized institution.
  • 2–4 years experience in HR and Administration department.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance procedures.
  • Good communication and employee coordination skills required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP software.
  • Ability to manage multitasking in manufacturing work environment.
