- Manage HR and administrative activities for manufacturing operations.

- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain employee relations and workplace discipline effectively.
- Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and facility management.
- Coordinate safety practices and daily operational support activities.
– Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized institution.
- 2–4 years experience in HR and Administration department.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance procedures.
- Good communication and employee coordination skills required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP software.
- Ability to manage multitasking in manufacturing work environment.
